Some Protest Songs with Legs - let's adapt the words and use them to our advantage!

People protest different things. But they often use the same songs. And no matter what the movement's goals are, the people in them sing.

Throughout American movements music has been a source of both personal and collective empowerment – a tool used to bridge the apparent distance between individuals, to remind each other we're stronger together than alone. Music can often reach the "other side of the brain" with our message and thus overcome resistance.

Whether activists gather about 9/11 Truth or a protest on Wall Street - music is again playing a vital role in collective empowerment. Whether quoting these timeless anthems on signs or developing their own rhythms to chant and songs to sing, the people gathering across the nation find music a necessary tool in their campaign.

With that in mind, here's a look at some of the most timeless anthems of movements for social change and how they've evolved through the years.

We Shall Overcome

We Shall Not Be Moved

This Little Light of Mine

This Land Is Your Land

Which Side Are You On?

Ain't Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Around

What Can I Do? Plenty.

It doesn't matter who you are or where you live, if you're wondering what one person or a small group can do - look and see what others have done all over the world.

And Mange Tak to Denmark's citizens for their efforts to bring 9/11 truth.

It doesn't take a lot to reach out and educate people about 9/11. What is your plan?

STREET ACTION: A Simple & Effective Way Two Guys Spread the Truth

Detonate a "truth bomb" in your town!

The first video clip has a toe-tapping soundtrack. The second video records the interesting interactions of a solo "truther" with the public - how easy is this?

Activism is important because most people just don't know that there are huge problems with the "official" story about 9/11..

The video above shows two guys walking around in downtown Kitchener, Ontario, passing out flyers and DVD copies of "Blueprint for 9/11 Truth." They are clever and get a lot of visibility because they took a video of themselves doing this, added a music track and uploaded to youTube.

Because a stand-alone CD/DVD duplicator does not require a computer, hundreds of copies of DVD's can be made very quickly. This is a good & efficient way to burn those copies of "Blueprint for 9/11 Truth."

This is what a 10 drawer model looks like. Rule of thumb - the more drawers, the higher the price.
In our area, we purchase stacks of DVD's from Staples or anywhere they are on sale.
