"We produced this documentary because we need to make sure our members know Giuliani's real record," said IAFF General President Harold Schaitberger.

"The UFA participated in this video to correct the myth that Rudy Giuliani has perpetrated on the American public," said Steve Cassidy, president of the Uniformed Firefighters Association of Greater New York, IAFF Local 94.

The Giuliani campaign defended the former mayor's record by issuing a release that lists items he purchased for FDNY.

"But the campaign, with its response, has neglected to address the charges of failed leadership outlined in our documentary," President Schaitberger said.

"Purchasing equipment for a fire department doesn't qualify any mayor to be president," said Jack McDonnell, president of New York City Local 854, the Uniformed Fire Officers Association.

"If that's the litmus test for president of the United States, then most mayors in this country qualify for the job. Giuliani is running on his 9/11 record, and his 9/11 record is laced with failures in preparedness and response," McDonnell said.

The IAFF has not made an endorsement in the 2008 presidential election. Local 94 supported President George W. Bush in the 2004 election, while the IAFF
and Local 854 endorsed Sen. John Kerry.

"Fellow Firefighters, A great tragedy befell our community on September 11, 2001, an unprecedented 343 deaths in the line of duty.

As horrible as that toll is, if there were a rational explanation for it, we could accept it and mourn. We all understood the risk we accepted when we took the oath of office, that chance might cut short our lives when we placed ourselves in harm’s way in the public’s service. This is what we are paid for and it is our honor.

However, in short, the official explanation of the events of that day are not only insufficient, they are fantastic and cannot bear rational examination. We are asked to believe that on that day three structural steel buildings, which have never before in history collapsed because of fire, fell neatly into their basements at the speed of gravity, their concrete reduced to dust.

We are asked to believe that jet fuel (kerosene) can melt steel. We are asked to believe that the most sophisticated air defense system in the world, that responded to sixty-eight emergencies in the year prior to 9-11 in less than twenty minutes allowed aircraft to wander about for up to an hour and a half. We are asked to believe that the steel and titanium components of an aircraft that supposedly hit the Pentagon “evaporated”.

There is much, much more if anyone cares to look into it. Trade Tower #7 by itself is the “smoking gun”. Not hit by an aircraft, with only a few relatively small fires, it came down in a classic crimp and implosion, going straight into its basement, something only very precise demolition can accomplish, which takes days if not weeks to prepare.

The 9-11 Commission didn’t even mention it, and F.E.M.A. actually stated they DIDN’T KNOW WHY IT COLLAPSED AND LEFT IT AT THAT. Brothers, I know that the implications of the above are hard, almost unthinkable, but the official explanation is utter nonsense, and three hundred and forty three murdered brothers are crying out for justice.

Demand a genuine investigation into the events of September 11!"

Ex-CIA Chief James Woolsey Handed Down Gag Order to 9/11 Firefighters & Police Officers

The Woolsey gag order created an Omerta-like mob silence that Firefighters and Police Officers have had to deal with to this day.

Lieutenant Fireman and former Auxiliary Police Officer, Paul Isaac Jr.] explained to me [Lavello] that, ‘many other firemen know there were bombs in the buildings, but they’re afraid for their jobs to admit it because the ‘higher-ups’ forbid discussion of this fact.” Paul further elaborated that former CIA director Robert Woolsey, as the Fire Department’s Anti-terrorism Consultant, is sending a gag order down the ranks. ‘There were definitely bombs in those buildings,’ he told me.”

QUOTE: "Isaac also addressed the FBI gag order in an article by Greg Syzmanski, saying “It’s amazing how many people are afraid to talk for fear or retaliation or losing their jobs.” He mentions that the FBI gag order placed on law enforcement and fire department officials prevented them from openly talking about any inside knowledge of 9/11. Syzmansky praised Isaacs in a highly interesting article titled One-Man Investigative Team."

Syzmansky wrote that “When he [Isaacs] worked as an auxiliary fireman specializing in emergency and disaster communications response, Isaac said after 9/11 he began monitoring all emergency units to see if any patterns or information about the perpetrators could be learned.

“Over the last four years he’s compiled information and names of civilians and firefighters, whose identities he keeps anonymous for their safety, who all claim to have either witnessed explosions in the towers or have information that a controlled demolition took place.” Isaacs is quoted as saying, “It’s just amazing how many people are afraid to talk for fear of retaliation or losing their jobs,” again regarding Woolsey’s FBI gag order placed on law enforcement and fire department officials, preventing them from openly talking about any inside knowledge of 9/11.

Researcher Vincent Sammartino, also in attendance at the WTC ‘open grave site’ on September 11, 2005, wrote the following on APFN, “I just got back from Ground Zero. People know the truth! Half of the police and firemen were coming up to us and telling us that they know 9/11 was an inside job. They were told not to talk about it. But they were supporting what we were doing! I had tears in my eyes.”

So, why would former CIA director Woolsey, as the Fire Department’s Anti-terrorism Consultant, be gagging Isaac and his colleagues about what they saw and heard, i.e. bombs exploding in the building if not to cover up the government conspiracy, the inside job behind the supposed demolition of the WTC by two jetliners, whose fuel fire supposedly melted the redundant steel frames which caved and caused a pyroplastic free-fall of each building in some ten seconds. All at once the conspiracy of the lone Muslim airliner hijackers destroying the towers goes down the drain, glub, glub! That’s why Firefighters and Police Officers were gagged.

QUOTE: "In fact, click Rivero’s “what really happened” site above to get to get more linked interviews of Firefighters talking about explosions shortly after 9/11 occurred. Rivero is amazing at collecting data, classifying it, and incorporating it into his encyclopedic 9/11 site. Read what the heroes had to say."

For instance, “Lou Cacchioli, Firefighter in WTC 1: At that point, Cacchioli found one of the only functioning elevators, one only going as high as the 24th floor … ‘Tommy Hetzel was with me and everybody else also gets out of the elevator when it stops on the 24th floor,’ said Cacchioli. ‘There was a huge amount of smoke. Tommy and I had to go back down the elevator for tools and no sooner did the elevators close behind us, we heard this huge explosion that sounded like a bomb. It was such a loud noise, it knocked off the lights and stalled the elevator.’

Lou continues, ‘Luckily, we weren’t caught between floors and were able to pry open the doors. People were going crazy, yelling and screaming. And all the time, I am crawling low and making my way in the dark with a flashlight to the staircase and thinking Tommy is right behind me… I somehow got into the stairwell and there were more people there. When I began to try and direct down, another huge explosion like the first one hits. This one hits about two minutes later, although it’s hard to tell, but I’m thinking, ‘Oh. My God, these bastards put bombs in here like they did in 1993!’” Unfortunately, the bastards in 1993 and in 2001 had considerable help from the bastards in our government.

The Woolsey gag order created an Omerta-like mob silence that Firefighters and Police Officers have had to deal with to this day. Imagine their anger, seeing their buddies disappear in explosions, fire and smoke. Imagine having to swallow that anger, that grief and humiliation, for the grand purpose of America sinking into the grizzly War on Terror in a matter of days. Imagine having to work on the pile at Ground Zero knowing what you knew. Or having to play deaf, dumb and blind, as 340 Firefighters died, two fire paramedics and one FDNY Chaplain and as 23 New York Police officers and 36 Port Authority officers went down. Not to mention the 2800 plus civilians taken from their lives senselessly.

Is it any wonder then that Justice John Lehner recently killed the NYC CAN ballot initiative to reinvestigate 911. The Justice called the initiative “irrelevant,” and rejected the will of 80,000 New Yorkers who had signed petitions to make it to happen. Is it the specter of James Woolsey gagging the Justice, or Mayor Bloomberg? Bloomberg rejected the will of the people after they had twice voted against a third term for New York Mayors. And since Mayor Bloomberg is in the middle of a political campaign for his illegal third term, he might want to assure us that we’re not being gagged, like Justice Lehner or the Fire and Police Departments. We would like to hear the full 9/11 story presented by a truly independent and expert commission.

New Yorkers should take to the streets to protest the Justice’s gag order. Case in point: a few days ago the governor of Puerto Rico announced that he would fire 20,000 government workers to close his $4 billion deficit, once again balancing deficits on the backs of labor. This caused the people of Puerto Rico to pour into the streets in a spontaneous one-day strike! In fact, their Puerto Rican brothers and sisters in New York City joined in a March at the Puerto Rican government offices here. Their collective reaction made waves from the mainland to the island.

We don’t want to end up with an Emperor instead of a duly-elected Mayor, Governor, or President, and silence instead of justice. Why not bring the wheels of New York to a squealing halt in a similar strike? So for once we can hear the voice of truth on those scratchy fire and policeman’s walkie talkies. Then Mr. Woolsey can gag his old friends at the CIA or his new friends at the Wall Street Journal where he now writes guest columns. Or perhaps be gagged himself by Rupert “The Fox” Murdoch, yellow press media mogul of our time.

NYFD 9/11 Eyewitness Accounts

Graeme MacQueen, Founding Director of the Center for Peace Studies (McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario) reads testimony from New York Fire Dept. firefighters:

Angel Rivera: "When we hit the 19th floor, something horrendous happened. It was like a bomb went off. We thought we were dead. The whole building shook."



NYFD Asst. Commissioner Stephen Gregory: I thought that I saw...low level flashes...I saw flash-flash-flash, and then it looked like the building came down. You know like when they blow up a building, when it falls down? That's what I thought I saw."
Firefighter Daniel Rivera: "At first I thought it was... Do you ever see professional demolition where they set the charges on certain floors and then you hear, 'pop-pop-pop-pop-pop'? That's exactly what, because I thought it was that, when I heard that frigging noise, that's when I saw the building coming down."

NYFD Captain Karin Deshore: "Somewhere around the middle of the World Trade Center there was this orange and red flash coming out. Initially it was just one flash. Then this flash kept popping, all the way around the building, and that building had started to explode."

The New York City Fire Department, under the direction of Fire Commissioner Tom Von Essen, collected the testimony of 503 first-responder EMTs, Port Authority police, and firefighters. It came to 12,000 pages.

The 9/11 Commission, run by White House appointee and insider, Philip Zelikow, rejected the testimony, just ignored it, not germane to the foregone conclusion.

"First—a common sense test: You’re dispatched to a house fire in a 2 story with a basement (not balloon construction as pictured). Upon arrival, all 3 floors are well involved. After extinguishment, the neighbor across the street tells you he saw flashes on all 3 floors within seconds of each other. It turns out the owner has arson convictions on his record. You smell gasoline. Now, should you test the debris for accelerants? No matter what the owner and his friends tell you, wouldn’t you still test it? It’s a ―NO-Brainer...isn’t it?

NOW, HOW WOULD YOU INVESTIGATE? Look at the facts of the WTC, specifically Tower 7, collapses:
1) Terrorists used explosives on WTC 1 in 1993.
2) Over 118 first responders reported hearing explosions before all 3 collapses, many said it sounded like the ―bang-bang-bang‖ you hear during a demolition.
3) We have video, photographic and audio evidence of explosions after the impact and before collapse.
4) Live news was reporting multiple explosions, and the possibility terrorists also planted explosives.
5) Barry Jennings, the Emergency Coordinator for the NY Housing Authority reported explosions in Tower 7. He also reported being knocked down by explosions prior to the collapse of the tower.
6) Molten steel AND concrete were found at Ground Zero –remember, hydrocarbon fires do not burn hot enough to melt steel or concrete.—N.F.P.A. 921- 19.2.4 “Exotic Accelerants” states that mol- ten steel and concrete could indicate the use of exotic accelerants, specifically Thermite.
7) WTC 7 was the first concrete and steel high rise to collapse during a fire that had not been struck by an aircraft. It was determined not to be significantly damaged by the falling debris, and diesel fuel tanks DID NOT contribute significantly to the fire (according to NIST final report 2008)"

F.D.N.Y. CAPTAIN KARIN DESHORE: "Somewhere around the middle of the World Trade Center there was this orange and red flash coming out. Initially it was just one flash. Then this flash just kept popping, all the way around the building, and that building had started to explode. The popping sound. And with each popping sound, it was initially an orange, and then a red flash came out of the building, and then it would just go all around the building, on both sides as far as I could see. These popping sounds, and the explosions were getting bigger, going both up and down, and then all around the building.

FIREFIGHTER RICHARD BANACISKI: ―It seemed like it was going all around like a belt, all these explosions.

DEPUTY COMMISSIONER TOM FITZPATRICK: ―I remember seeing, it looked like sparkling around one specific layer of the building.

DEPUTY ASSISTANT CHIEF ALBERT TURI, F.D.N.Y.: ―The next thing I heard was Pete (F.D.N.Y. Chief of Department Pete Ganci) say "What the fuck is this?‘" And as my eyes traveled up the building, and I was looking at the south tower, somewhere about halfway up, my initial reaction was there was a secondary explosion, and the entire floor area, a ring right around the building blew out.

Excerpt from page 17:

JOHN SCHROEDER, FIREFIGHTER: ―The elevators just blew right out. We couldn‘t believe it. The plane hits 80 floors up but the elevators explode at least five minutes later? It was unreal. ―We were tossed like a rag doll by another explosion in our building. People were making there way down the stairwells burnt like you couldn‘t believe. We were all shocked because it seemed as if there was fire everywhere, on so many floors. It just didn‘t make sense.

F.D.N.Y. FIREFIGHTER ANGEL RIVERA: "When we hit the 19th floor, something horrendous happened. It was like a bomb went off. We thought we were dead. The whole building shook." ―It was like a huge, enormous explosion. I still can hear it. Everything shook. Everything went black.

POLICE OFFICER SUE KEANE: ―There just seemed to be one explosion after another.

Excerpt from page 19:

Steve Evans, Reporter for BBC:
I was at the base of the second tower, the second tower that was hit. There was an explosion…the base of the building shook. I felt it shake…then when we were outside, the second explosion happened and then there was a series of explosions.

Fox 5 News, New York (Reporting LIVE):
There is an explosion at the base of the building…white smoke from the bottom…something has happened at the base of the building…

Another Eyewitness:
It just went ―BA-BOOM – it was like a bomb went off. And it was like holy hell coming down those stairs, and when we finally got to the bottom and we were coming out, on the mezzanine level there, and another explosion

So now that you understand that this paper is very interesting, I'll bet you're wondering why these first-hand eyewitness accounts were not included in the "Official 9/11 Commission Report.

Please Take Notice That:

On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Firefighters for 9-11 Truth and affiliates are deeply troubled with the “official” story concerning 9/11 and the way the rescue workers from Ground Zero are being “forgotten.”

We believe there is overwhelming evidence of obstruction of justice, and destruction of evidence voiced even by numerous 9/11 Commissioners themselves. Senator Cleland resigned from the Commission stating, “This investigation is now compromised.”

NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 921, which is the National Standard for Fire and Explosion Investigations, very clearly indicates in numerous sections that the possibility of explosives should have been thoroughly investigated. Specifically in NFPA 921 18.3.2 "High Order Damage"- "High-order damage is characterized by shattering of the structure, producing small, pulverized debris. Walls, roofs, and structural members are splintered or shattered, with the building completely demolished. Debris is thrown great distances, possibly hundreds of feet. High-order damage is the result of rapid rates of pressure rise." World Trade Center’s 1, 2, and 7 all clearly met this definition; therefore they should have been thoroughly investigated and analyzed for explosives. Specifically, the use of "exotic accelerants" should have been investigated. In NFPA 921 19.2.4 -“Exotic Accelerants,” three indicators were clearly met that should have led to a thorough investigation into the possible use of “exotic accelerants,” specifically as stated in the guideline, “Thermite mixtures.”

So, why was the possibility of explosives, controlled demolition, or the use of "exotic accelerants" not thoroughly investigated, or even mentioned in the 9-11 Commission Report?

We, the undersigned, demand the following:

1) A truly independent investigation with Subpoena and Contempt Powers to uncover the complete truth of the events related to 9/11/2001 – specifically the collapse of WTC Tower 7 and the possibility of explosive demolition.
2) The investigation to follow the National Standards so clearly outlined in the National Fire Protection Association guidelines, specifically, NFPA 921 to include thorough analysis of the steel for the presence of "exotic accelerants."
3) Congress to honor the promises made to the rescue workers of 9/11 by passing the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2008.
4) Prosecution of all individuals willfully involved in the planning, and execution of the murders committed on September 11, 2001.
5) Prosecution of all individuals willfully involved in the Obstruction of Justice and Destruction of Evidence surrounding the events of September 11, 2001.
